If you would be interested in looking at the possibility ofyour company exhibiting at an EYE show then please contact us as early as possible.

The prime stand locations can be booked as early as a year in advance but all stands are sold on a first come basis.

If you would like to enquire about attending the show as a visitor or arranging a group visit then please call or email us. All shows are free admission and no pre-registration is required. Simply turn up on the day and register at the main entrance.


Checking availability
If you have the floorplan but would like to check availability of a stand the quickest way is to call us and we can go through available options. Once verbally booked over the phone the stand will be held for approximately 5 days by which point we should have received your booking deposit. If a booking deposit is not received the stand may be made available to the next interested party.
